183 doors, three floors.
CIG installed 183 doors through Bayards Court, a new three-storey, 63-bedroom care home in Dartmouth, across the bedroom floors and stairwells, working for the main contractor as part of the wider carpentry package.
The schedule ran from FD30 and FD60 leaf-and-a-half doorsets with Pyrobelite glazing on the corridors and stairs to single-leaf bedroom doors, glazed double doors with side screens to the lounges and dining rooms, and pocket and wardrobe doors. Each fire door was fire-stopped at the frame and certified under the BM TRADA scheme with its own record.
