The work and the detail.
CIG delivers fire stopping to service penetrations and linear joints as part of new-build, refurbishment and remedial packages. We review the specified details, location schedule and access requirements with the project team, then agree the installation checks and records for the works.
The work we cover
- Service-penetration sealing
- Specified linear joint seals
- New-build and refurbishment packages
- Report-led remedial installations
More than a finished seal.
Location references, system information and installation photographs are brought together as part of the agreed record. Interfaces with other trades and any unresolved details are identified before the affected work proceeds.
Questions about this package
Can you price work from an existing report?
Send the report, location references and any available drawings. We will identify the proposed work package and any areas that need further information before the scope can be agreed.
Can you coordinate with other trades?
Tell us when services will be ready, when areas are due to close and which access restrictions apply. This helps us agree attendance and inspection points around the programme.
Do you also undertake cavity-barrier work?
Cavity barriers are covered on their own service page so that the required cavity details and installation scope can be discussed separately.
Documented from installation to handover.
We agree the records for the package before work begins, including location references, photographs and the applicable installation or maintenance documentation.
