Our work

Lake View.
Two modules, three levels.

CIG Fire Protection surveyed, supplied and installed the fire doorsets and passive fire protection for the fit-out of Modules 5 and 6 at Aviva’s Lake View campus in Stoke Gifford, Bristol, working for the main contractor across Levels 0 to 2.

Eighteen doorsets were installed under our BM TRADA Q-Mark certificate: four FD60S sets to the server rooms and fourteen FD30S sets to offices, meeting rooms, corridors, the event space and stores, with full intumescent lock protection, closers and acoustic seals where the rooms needed them. Every doorset was surveyed before manufacture, recorded on the Onetrace platform and covered by a statement of compliance for Building Control.
